Chris Raybeck focuses his practice on commercial real estate development and commercial lending, serving as a trusted advisor to developers, investors, lenders, and other stakeholders across Middle Tennessee and beyond. Known for his deal-oriented approach, Chris helps clients navigate complex transactions with practical guidance to move deals across the finish line.

In his commercial real estate practice, Chris represents a broad range of clients, including mixed-use developers, institutional investors, and boutique development groups, in the acquisition, sale, development, and management of commercial properties. His experience spans most major asset classes, including office, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use projects. He also represents both landlords and tenants across a wide variety of commercial leasing matters. 

Chris also maintains a robust commercial lending practice, representing banks and financial institutions in structuring, documenting, and closing credit facilities with various collateral types. His work includes real estate-backed loans, commercial and industrial lending, and syndicated or participated credit arrangements. He also assists with bank regulatory matters and provides support on select bank and holding company transactions.

Chris previously clerked for the Honorable Walter C. Kurtz, Judge of the Fifth Circuit Court for Davidson County, Tennessee (Retired). 

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
