Hayley Murray is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. Hayley represents developers, investors and other corporate clients in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, including real estate acquisitions and dispositions, developments, financings and refinancings, and office and retail leasing matters. She formerly practiced in oil and gas law.

Representative Experience

  • Acquisition and Dispositions: Represents developers and investors in the acquisition and disposition of commercial and industrial real estate including multi-family sites, office complexes, manufactured housing, mixed-use sites, industrial projects and master planned community projects.
  • Development: Represents developers and investors in all stages of the development of commercial property.
  • Finance: Represents institutional lenders, real estate investment firms, and borrowers in connection with debt and equity transactions and permanent and construction financing.
  • Leasing and Asset Management:  Represents landlords in the management and leasing of office, industrial, and retail properties.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
