Josh Zaslawsky is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. He regularly negotiates joint venture agreements with both LP and GP equity and loan documents for new construction, bridge financing and permanent financing. Josh also regularly provides counsel with respect to corporate structure for various groups from startup developers to institutional investors. Additionally, Josh has experience representing clients with respect to leasing, public-private partnerships and mixed-use developments.

  • Represented a multifamily developer with its acquisition, GP joint venture formation, LP joint venture formation, and financing for a mixed-income workforce multifamily development project in Dallas.
  • Represented a developer in the formation of a mixed-use project that includes a multifamily development and an office development in the Metroplex.
  • Represented a programmatic joint venture group with its debt financings for industrial and multifamily properties across the country.
  • Represented the private entity in a public-private partnership in connection with its debt financing and various development projects.
  • Represented an equity group in connection with its joint venture formations for industrial and multifamily projects across the country.
  • Represented a multifamily developer in connection with its development of luxury high-rise multifamily projects across the Southeast.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
