Katherine Durham is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. She supports clients across a range of commercial real estate matters, helping ensure every detail moves smoothly from negotiation to closing.

Prior to joining Winstead, Katherine built strong relationships throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area while working with companies of all sizes. That experience gave her a practical understanding of how business decisions and legal strategy intersect. 

Katherine’s Experience includes preparing and organizing closing documents for multi-million-dollar commercial real estate deals involving acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development. She conducts due diligence on property transactions, reviewing title and survey materials, analyzing zoning issues, and coordinating with title companies and municipal authorities.
