Larry Banda is a member of Winstead’s Corporate, Commercial Transactions & Outsourcing Practice Group. His practice focuses on transactional matters, including counseling public and private companies through each phase of the commercial contracting and outsourcing lifecycle. He regularly works with major domestic and international airlines on the purchase, sale and lease of domestic and cross-border aircraft and aviation assets as well as the outsourcing of contracted services.
Larry has advised clients across a wide range of business sectors and industries, including aviation, financial services, food and beverage, technology, and transportation. He has worked with clients on mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and general corporate matters.
