Rebecca Brazelton is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. Rebecca's practice is focused on real estate development, with an emphasis on structuring and administering residential, mixed-use and office condominiums, and residential and mixed-use communities.  Rebecca represents developers in their administration of property owner associations. Rebecca also has experience in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting acquisition and disposition contracts, easements, and license agreements.

Representative Experience

  • Condominium Transactions: Representation of condominium developers in the development of residential and mixed-use condominium projects. Representation of property owner and condominium associations in governance and administrative matters, including in the termination and repurposing of condominium regimes.
  • Mixed-Used Projects: Representation of property developers in the structuring and documentation of mixed-use projects.
  • Acquisition and Disposition: Representation of property developers in the acquisition, disposition, and development of improved and unimproved property.
  • Finance: Representation of lenders and borrowers in connection with debt and equity financing, including construction, acquisition and refinancing loans.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
