Her work covers loan originations, modifications, securitizations, preferred equity investments, and workouts, with experience in construction, CMBS, note-on-note, and bridge lending.

Representative Experience
- Represented a private equity firm in the origination of a $91 million ground-up construction loan for a residential tower in Florida involving a three-tier split (mortgage, senior mezzanine, and junior mezzanine), future advances, and multiple pledges.
- Represented an investment fund in its origination of a $67.9 million mortgage loan secured by a hotel in Washington, D.C., which involved a reciprocal easement agreement and the table-funding of an assignment of the loan.
- Represented an investment fund in its origination of a $183 million mortgage and mezzanine loan for a partially constructed residential tower in California, addressing affordable housing requirements, a ground lease, and a condominium structure.
