Zach Landers is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group.
Zach represents developers, investors, landlords, and tenants in connection with commercial real estate transactions, primarily focusing on the acquisition, development, leasing, and disposition of supply chain logistics facilities, retail shopping centers, multifamily projects, mixed-use developments, and data centers. Additionally, Zach assists borrowers with documenting, negotiating, and closing acquisition and construction loans, refinances, loan assumptions, and loan modifications.
Drawing on experience in both private practice and in-house legal roles, Zach understands the business and operational considerations that drive the development and redevelopment of commercial real estate. He regularly negotiates transaction documents, analyzes title and survey matters, coordinates due diligence, and works closely with clients to keep complex transactions on track.
Before joining the firm, Zach supported a national retailer’s store growth initiative, negotiating purchase and lease agreements, analyzing due diligence materials, and overseeing closings for new locations across the country.
