Tommy Mann Named Secretary of the Executive Committee for The Real Estate Council

Winstead PC Shareholder Tommy Mann has been selected to serve as Secretary on The Real Estate Council's (TREC) Executive Committee.

TREC represents more than 2,200 individual members and 625 companies, which make up 95% of the commercial real estate businesses in North Texas. Members benefit from professional and leadership development, continuing education and volunteer opportunities.

Mann is a member of Winstead's Zoning & Land Use and Real Estate Development & Investments practices. He represents developers and land owners in securing entitlements and the formation of public/private partnerships for new development. He also regularly advises lenders and equity investors on entitlements. Mann has extensive experience across the full spectrum of development types including data-centers, urban infill locations and north Texas’ rapidly growing suburban cities.

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
