66 Winstead Attorneys Selected by Peers for Best Lawyers in America 2012

09.08.11

Dallas, TX - Sept. 8, 2011 – 66 lawyers from Winstead PC were recently selected by their peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2012 (Copyright 2011 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, S.C.).

Because Best Lawyers is based on a peer-review survey in which more than 41,000 leading attorneys cast almost 3.9 million votes on the legal abilities of other lawyers in their practice areas, and because lawyers are not required or allowed to pay a fee to be listed, inclusion in Best Lawyers is considered a singular honor.

This year, 13 Winstead shareholders were recognized by Best Lawyers as leaders in banking and finance law and one of them, Jim Littlejohn, was selected as Dallas Lawyer of the Year in Banking and Finance Law. Additionally, Winstead attorneys received top listings in Texas in real estate law, land use and zoning law, and litigation - real estate.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance."

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
