Winstead PC Of Counsel Sarah Christian, who joined the firm’s Public Finance Practice Group this summer, was featured in Texas Lawyer’s Newsmakers column for the week of August 24, 2020. An excerpt is below: 

“Public Finance Attorney Joins Firm’s Austin Office

Winstead PC announced that Sarah Christian has joined the firm as of counsel in the public finance practice group in the firm’s Austin office. She joins Winstead from Petros, where she was vice president of legal. Christian represents private and public sector clients in complex financing transactions involving the use of bond issuances and secured loan agreements to finance real estate development, solar projects, utility projects, education projects, health care projects and other development. Christian also has experience in tax credit monetization transactions, property assessed clean energy (PACE) financing, and other public-private partnership financing transactions and represents end users and non-dealer counter-parties in a wide variety of derivatives transactions. She earned her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law in 2014 and graduated with a Master’s in Taxation and a Bachelor’s in Accountancy from Mississippi State University in 2003 and 2002, respectively. Prior to law school, Christian was chief financial officer for an electrical contracting firm in Mississippi.”

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
