Seth Eaton and David Fowler Johnson Receive JD Supra’s 2021 Readers’ Choice Award

Winstead PC Shareholder David Fowler Johnson, lead writer for the Texas Fiduciary Litigator blog (www.txfiduciarylitigator.com), and Shareholder Seth Eaton, were selected to receive the JD Supra Readers’ Choice Award. David Johnson was selected for Wealth Management and Seth Eaton was selected for Real Estate and Finance & Banking. The annual award recognizes top authors and firms who were read by C-suite executives, in-house counsel, media, and other professionals across the JD Supra platform during 2020.

JD Supra editors chose the 28 main topics covered in this year’s Readers’ Choice Awards for their timeliness as well as their proven, ongoing importance. In each category, JDSupra recognized ten authors and one firm for consistently highest readership and engagement within that category for all of 2020. In total, across all categories, JDSupra recognized the excellence and achievement of 265 authors selected from over 58,000 who publish their excellent work on its platform.

David serves as the Managing Shareholder of Winstead's Fort Worth office. He maintains an active trial and appellate practice focused on advising and representing clients in the financial services industry in the fiduciary area and also closely-held business disputes. David has a triple Board Certification in Civil Trial Law, Civil Appellate Law, and Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Seth is a Shareholder in Winstead's Dallas office. He is a member of the Real Estate Finance Practice Group and is experienced in mortgage and mezzanine loan originations, sales and participations in particular for bridge and construction loan financings. He regularly negotiates co-lender and intercreditor agreements.

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
