Business Litigation Attorney, Joshua Sandler, Joins Winstead in Dallas

DALLAS, TX, October 26, 2022—Winstead PC announced today that Joshua Sandler has joined the firm’s Business Litigation group based in Dallas as a shareholder and will become the Co-Chair of the firm’s Fiduciary Litigation practice.

He is an experienced lawyer with a strong track record of obtaining successful results. A talented advocate, Josh employs creative solutions and innovative courtroom strategies to win. He has successfully tried bench and jury trials, arbitrations, and appeals.

Josh graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. and earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University.
