Winstead Launches New Airline Industry Blog

DALLAS, TX – The Airlines Team at Winstead PC, a leading national law firm, today announced the launch of its airlines-focused blog. The blog will provide timely and important news, updates, analyses, and strategies for business leaders and legal professionals in the global airline industry.

“The airlines industry has evolved dramatically over the last several years and as we begin to emerge from the pandemic, we expect that rate of change will increase,” said Ehren Hartz, Chair of the Winstead Airlines Team.

“Now, more than ever, industry leaders are looking for thoughtful and focused information which will allow them to remain up-to-date on the complex issues facing the commercial aviation industry. Our blog will provide that kind of information,” added Ehren.

The blog launch will feature posts by Fred Swanevelt, a fleet management consultant with over 20 years of in-house airline experience, and David Staas, a real estate attorney who focuses on airport-related transactions.

“We are excited to feature posts authored by many of the attorneys and airline-industry consultants on the Winstead Airlines Team. Our Team is very fortunate to include professionals with a wealth of knowledge and experience regarding a wide variety of airline industry topics, and this blog is an opportunity for us to share that knowledge and experience in a way that will benefit our airline clients and the industry as a whole,” said Ehren.

The Winstead Airlines Team is comprised of a team of over 20 attorneys and airline industry consultants who are dedicated to advising and representing airlines worldwide.  The Team supports the transactional needs of virtually every component of the modern airline and brings an unparalleled portfolio of practical legal experience, depth of knowledge, and understanding of market-based terms to every client transaction.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance."

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
