FORT WORTH, January 23, 2023 – Winstead PC, a leading Texas-based law firm with national practices serving clients across the country, today announced that Ryan Goins has joined the firm’s Real Estate Development & Investments Group as a Shareholder based in the Fort Worth office.

“Ryan’s deep understanding of the real estate market and his experience working with clients in the acquisition, development, financing, operations and disposition of their real estate investments makes him an ideal fit to join our industry-leading real estate team,” said David Dawson, Chairman & CEO of Winstead.

“Ryan was attracted to a platform that is entrepreneurial, maximizes opportunities, and lacks the bureaucratic constraints and administration that come with other firms. One that recognizes the importance of service, team work, excellence, entrepreneurship, integrity and giving back to the communities in which we live and work,” added Mr. Dawson.

Mr. Goins’ practice focuses on advising clients on real estate investments and opportunities in areas such as office, retail, industrial, residential and undeveloped land.

“Fort Worth is one of the fastest growing real estate markets in the nation. Ryan knows real estate and uniquely understands Tarrant County and north Texas. His background and expertise across all facets of the industry will add tremendous value for our clients and our growing Fort Worth office,” said Bob Burton, an Austin-based Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Real Estate Development & Investment Practice Group.

Mr. Goins graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics, magna cum laude, and earned his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin, with honors.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance."

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
