DALLAS, TX, September 2, 2025 - Winstead PC is pleased to announce that Dax Scharfstein and Chris Cosolito have joined as shareholders in the Real Estate Finance Practice Group. Scharfstein and Cosolito, both formerly partners at Cassin & Cassin LLP, bring nearly five decades of combined experience in commercial real estate transactions. Scharfstein and Cosolito have advised on hundreds of loan originations, ranging from structured finance and CMBS loans to balance sheet financings. Their work spans a diverse array of lending platforms and asset classes, including multi-family, retail, industrial, and office properties. Their approach is characterized by responsiveness, deal fluency, and a sharp understanding of market dynamics.
