Andy Dow Elected to American College of Real Estate Lawyers

Winstead Shareholder Andy Dow has been elected to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL), a national association of approximately 1,000 leading real estate lawyers.  Andy joins seven other Winstead Shareholders who are among ACREL’s distinguished members—Mike Alessio, Art Anderson, Bob Burton, Greg Erwin, Jeanne Katz, John Nolan and Ed Peterson.

With more than 30 years of experience in real estate law, Andy is known for his work in real estate development, healthcare facilities real estate, hospitality and resorts real estate, and leasing and asset management.  Andy serves as Chair of Winstead’s Real Estate Industry Group where he leads more than 100 real estate attorneys across eight offices.  Listed in Chambers USA Guide to America (Band 1), Winstead’s Real Estate Industry Group advises many of the largest and most active real estate companies, institutional and individual investors, mortgage lenders and loan servicers in the United States.

A frequent speaker and writer, Andy has served in a variety of leadership roles, including the Real Estate Council (Executive Committee and Secretary, 2009); Real Estate Council Foundation (Board of Directors, 2008-2009, 2014-2016); First Tee of Dallas (Board of Directors, 2007 President); Editorial Board of Healthcare Real Estate Insights publication and Leadership Dallas Alumni Association.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
